Two years ofclerical, computer, and customer service experience. Must be 18years ofage. 25 years of age with a valid CO driver's license preferred (but notrequiThe Program Processor must be able to work independently and cooperativelywith several people. The incumbent must be able to organize and followthrough with duties demonstrating the capability of handling several differentand ongoing projects.The incumbent must be able to cope with the pressure of deadlines and beflexible in regard to job tasks and duties, be able to and willing tocross-train and be able to fill in other positions. Must be prepared toassist program participant(s) who display any unusual behaviors; thismeans the Processor must maintain physical and emotional health tosatisfactorily meet the demands of this position.The incumbent must be neat, courteous, personable and able to communicateeffectively. The Program Processor must maintain a positive attitude andinteract appropriately with others including community agencies and clients ofvarying functioning levels. The incumbent must be proficient in computer useand be able to type 50 wpm accurately. Must be physically able to carryweight and stand/stoop when filing.A candidate for the Program Processor may be disqualified if they have acriminal record for illegal drug use or sale, financial fraud, identitytheft, physical abuse, crimes involving violence and/or theft. Dress code will be discussed and will include uniform shirtsprovided by the Possibilities Program.KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREASAdministrative SupportThe Program Processor will perform administrative clerical duties as assigned.The incumbent will document all client participation and their goalmethodology attainment into their daily log notes and ensure accuracy withbilling information. The Program Processor will all ensure that all completedpaperwork is in master files and make copies and fax as needed.Client CareThe Program Processor will assist in the implementation of Program Plans,giving reinforcers, providing one-on-one assistance and/or training. Theincumbent will assist in the preparation necessary for arrival and end of dayclient departure and provide supervision at the beginning and end of the dayto ensure safety of program participants when both exiting and entering thebus and facility. The Program Processor will assist in the provision ofancillary services to program participants to include assistance with orderinglunch, ensuring safety throughout the facility and communicate all pertinentinformation to rehabilitation staff. The incumbent will be an active member ofthe Possibilities team and will assist team members with all client care.Relationship ManagementThe Program Processor will communicate routinely and consistently with allco-workers, staff and customers. The Incumbent will use good customerservice skills and approaches with all clients.
