The ultimate goal of the Before/After School Kids Program is forthe child placed in our care to develop a strong sense of family values andexperience holistic growth (spiritual, emotional and social) that willresult in a recognition of who they are in Christ and will enhance TheSalvation Army's programing. Duties include open communication withparents, keep current on new programs, develop high quality programs tomeet the recreational and educational needs of the community, tutor childrenwith their school work, drop off/pick up children from school in TSAvehicle and transport to Red Shield and to scheduled fieldtrips. Works withand reports to the Red Shield Youth Director.
