The Clinical Manager ensures theaccomplishment of organizational goals and objectives to improve healthcareperformance and patient experience of care in a cost-effective manner. TheClinical Manager is a partner with others in the healthcare leadership team toenhance clinical practice by coaching for performance and promotion ofprofessional growth.
