The leadwill oversee activities across the five disciplines of CM Planning andManagement, Configuration Identification, Configuration Control,Configuration Status, and Configuration Verification and Audit to ensurethey are compliant with regulatory, quality, company, and customerrequirementsEnsure that IRES employees are adequately trained in the principles,policies, and procedures of the CM system and supporting processes. Ineractdirectly with the government customer on existing and/or emergingrequirements.Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline Knowledgeable of development techniques, change control processes,configuration audits and Government regulations, manuals, technicalorders, standards, and industry publications related toconfiguration/data management required to perform the task Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel,PowerPoint, and Word Proficient organizational, analysis, and time management skills,attention to detail and accuracy, andability to multi-task high priorities Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor in interactingwith a wide variety of people Proficient at working both independently and as a team member Current DoD Secret ClearanceDesired: Experience maintaining/updating CM Plans and all processes pertaining to CM Experience maintaining, monitoring and reporting CM baselines andversion control Experience coordinating CM issues with development Contractors andexternal/source systemConfigurationControl Boards (CCB) and Configuration Management Boards (CMB) Experience in leading teams, either organizational or design &implementation of process change
