Job DescriptionDelivering customer excellence is the Customer Contact Center's primarygoal. As a member of Customer Contact Center, the Customer ServiceCoorinator proactively manages the relationships with customers and salesrepresentatives to exceed expectations and meet business needs. This positionis responsible for interfacing with customers, logistics, manufacturingand/or sales or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales orpost-sales service functions. Responds to and /or provides assistance toKeysight trade customer and internal customers in areas such asproduct/service order fulfillment processes, customer service requestssuch as end-to-end order status management, repair /calibrationrequests, product changes or returns, accounts receivable collections,invoicing requirements, contract issues/administration or leaseadministration.Responsibilities: - May act as lead for team responsible for booking orders and/orprocessing quotes. - Resolves problems by applying established policies, procedures andtactics. - Determines and develops approaches to administrative customer serviceassignments - Responsible for customer service tasks which require planning andjudgment - Solves a broad range of customer service problems varying in scope andcomplexityJob Qualifications - Typically minimum of 3 years relevant experience for entry to thislevel. - Proficiency with computers and common software applications. - Customer service experience. - Effective communication skills to work with cross-functional globalteams. - Good business acumen with positive solutions-oriented approach andability to build productive relationships. - Complete understanding of general and technical aspects of job. - Higher education or specialized training/certification desirable.Job FunctionCustomer Service___________________________________________________________________________________Privacy Statement***Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.***Keysight Technologies Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
