As an Analysis you will beresponsible for you will be responsible for managing Government and CompanyProperty for our organization. The task will involve managing property,throughout its lifecycle, successfully complying with alloutcomes/requirements within FAR 45 and FAR 52.245-1 in compliance with allestablished policies and procedures while interfacing with the Government andCorporate representatives. As the Government Property Administrator, youwill be responsible for companywide property closeouts.JOB DESCRIPTION:* Manage Contractual Property Close Out processes by completing dispositionsof material and equipment within the Plant Clearance Automated ReutilizationScreening System or established policies and procedures and meet all auditableand contractual requirements* Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, withability to use Microsoft Outlook effectively. Candidate should be able tocommunicate with multiple parties simultaneously, and be able to work inhigh paced setting. Ability to work with people from various backgrounds andre* Good computer skills and typing efficiency are a must.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:* Bachelor s Degree in Business or related filed plus 3+ years propertymanagement experience* 3+ years of experience managing property process outcomes:Acquisition; Receiving; Records; Physical Inventories; SubcontractorControl; Reports; Relief of Stewardship; Utilization; Maintenance and Property* 3+ years of experience using Microsoft office suites and GovernmentProperty/Asset Tracking Software* 3+ years of experience managing the corporate life cycle for Fixed andExpense assets by following established processes and procedures andinterfacing with Finance and Accounting expertsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:* Possess or ability to pass National Property Management CPPS Certification* Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy skills* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Experience with Microsoft office suites* Experience with Government Property/Asset Tracking Software and InventoryManagement SystemsSECURITY CLEARANCE:This position may require that you are eligible to obtain and maintain asecurity clearance.
