In this sales role you will be working with prospects and applicantsto help them find the very best home for their unique needs and guiding themthrough the application, leasing and move-in processes. If you arecomfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment and havetop-notch communications and a passion for customer service, we want to hearfrWhat you'll be doing* Working with prospective residents to identify their needs and help themfind the perfect home. * Screening and approving qualified applicants in accordance with companypolicy, Fair Housing regulations and local laws; preparing leases andassociated move-in documentation. * Monitoring and managing the prospective resident waitlist. * Inspecting the property on a regular basis to identify any deficiencies orissues that need to be addressed. * Preparing property for daily showings, including opening/closing modelunits and amenities. * Conducting pre-move-in home inspections to ensure units are ready foroccupancy, as well as move-out inspections. * Managing the new resident move-in process to ensure a smooth transitioninto the community. * Delivering the highest level of resident satisfaction through responsive,consistent, positive and professional interactions. * Performing general administrative tasks such as software data entry,filing, typing, and answering phones. * Answering phones and assisting with resident needs and inquiries. * Attending and assisting with resident events and activities as required.Who we're looking forQualified candidates will have a high school diploma, experience working inan administrative/office environment and a positive, customer serviceorientation. Preference will be given to candidates with residential leasingexperience, particularly in military housing. Candidates should have a basicunderstanding of Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi software is a plus.Possession of a valid, state-issued driver s license and safe driving recordis also required.
