If you have the ability to prepare journal entries, monthly and year-end closings, bank reconciliation, fixed asset maintenance, and general ledger reconciliation and be responsible for many aspects of internal reporting during the monthly close, you will be preferred for this position. Participation in compliance, interaction with our external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits, and reviewing schedules reporting processes are also expected tasks. This could be the ideal position for you, What you get to do every single day - Coordinate and analyze a variety of financial data, then report it in a way that is useful and understandable - Intercompany billings, transactions, and reconciliation - Maintain fixed asset ledgers, depreciation, and reconciliation - Perform month end close, journal entries, with minimum supervision - Assist in the month end, quarter end and year end closing process including monthly financial close workbook preparation - Compose analyses for income statements and monthly balance sheets for management reporting - Ad-hoc reporting and special projects, as requested - Produce complex journal entries and account reconciliations which include, but are not limited to, cash, prepaid expenses, and payroll - Participate in various department-wide initiatives - In-depth experience with reconciling month end balance sheet accounts - Recurring journal entries maintenance and reconciliation
